Commissioner urges parents to help stamp out youth crime

An Onchan Commissioner believes parents can play a key role in clamping down on antisocial behaviour.

Martin Macfarlane insists there are plenty of sports clubs, activities and street-based youth work available which can help keep kids out of trouble.

He says plenty of work has been going on behind the scenes to address the issue.

Mr Macfarlane, speaking to Local Democracy Reporter Chris Cave, says parents can lead the fight against antisocial behaviour:
