Commissioner urges parents to help stamp out youth crime
An Onchan Commissioner believes parents can play a key role in clamping down on antisocial behaviour.
Martin Macfarlane insists there are plenty of sports clubs, activities and street-based youth work available which can help keep kids out of trouble.
He says plenty of work has been going on behind the scenes to address the issue.
