Keirron Tastagh from Adventurous Experiences heading to Antarctica in new year
The owner of a Manx outdoor adventure company says his work on the Isle of Man has prepared him for his latest venture to one of the harshest regions in the world.
Keirron Tastagh, from Adventurous Experiences, will soon be working for an expedition company operating in Antarctica and the polar regions as an assistant expedition leader.
His own business Adventurous Experiences has been delivering outdoor pursuits on the Isle of Man since 2004.
In a statement the company said: "With Keirron no longer at the helm 24/7 the majority of business functions of Adventurous Experiences will pause for a minimum of 12 months.
"The Adventure Club, youth scholarship and bespoke corporate programs will continue alongside a limited number of summer private group experiences."
