Part of King Edward Road has been closed due to the risk of severe 'coastal overtopping'.
'Storm Ewan' has forced the closure of the Strathallen Cresent and Royal Terrace in Onchan road junction.
Police say it's a measure to reduce the likelihood of accidents as we near high-tide at 11:15am.
Officers say they'll monitor the area and re-open it as soon as possible.
