MHK asks what assessment of the problem has taken place
The chief minister has confirmed government has taken no enforcement action over the last year in regard to fly-tipping.
It follows anecdotal evidence that there's been an increase in the number of items being dumped in the Manx countryside.
It comes at the same time that costs of disposing Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment were introduced or increased at amenity sites.

Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse put the question to Alfred Cannan in the House of Keys this week asking what assessment has been made of fly-tipping.
Mr Cannan also confirmed that the departments of Environment, Food and Agriculture and Infrastructure don't collect statistics on incidents either:
