Changes at IoM Constabulary have made them more readily available to respond to incidents
There's been 'no dramatic change' in the number of incidents armed police officers are being deployed to on the Island.
However the Isle of Man Constabulary has told Manx Radio people may be seeing them more often.
It's after a number of high-profile incidents, in recent months, that have seen armed officers in attendance.
