Isle of Man association adopts award
Island scouts now have the chance to earn a UNESCO biosphere badge.
Beavers, cubs, explorers and scouts will need to do challenges set out in the United Nations Sustainable development goals to be awarded the honour.
These include an end to poverty, zero hunger, gender equality and climate action.
Girlguiding Isle of Man adopted the badge earlier this year with over 170 members earning it through tasks such as collecting for the food bank and studying the size and activities of whales.
