Callister's commitment follows three rejections under previous leader
The new chair of the Public Services Commission has committed to resolving a long-running dispute with unions quickly.
Trade unions Prospect and Unite, representing public sector workers, have rejected three pay offers under the previous leader Kate Lord-Brennan.

They've expressed concerns over a proposed three-year deal which would see percentage increases gradually decline over the period.
Previous Chair Ms Lord-Brennan stated that the unions' requested increases were unaffordable and pointed out that public sector pay is "outstripping" that of the private sector.
Following the publication of delayed PSC reports she declined to conduct an interview with Manx Radio.
Now her successor Rob Callister has expressed hope that a resolution will be reached early in 2025:
