New children's champion opens up about being homeless

Onchan MHK Rob Callister says he slept rough at 17

The Island's new 'children's champion' has opened up about becoming homeless as a teenager.

Onchan MHK Rob Callister has taken on the role, after the previous champion Tim Baker has been elevated to infrastructure minister.

The aim of the position is to act in the interests of vulnerable young people in the Isle of Man.

And Mr Callister says he is well placed to do that:
