MHK questions decision to run horse trams

Bill Shimmins brands the service a 'sacred cow'

Bill Shimmins made the comments during a debate about ongoing refurbishment works along the capital’s seafront.

Mr Shimmins suggested there’s a conflict of interest, as the Department of Infrastructure runs the horse trams, yet was also tasked with overseeing the promenade works.
