Daphne Caine believes it's causing those needing support to go without
Awareness around menopause strategies for public sector staff is causing those who need support to go without.
That's according to MHK Daphne Caine who raised the subject in the House of Keys this week.
Two months ago, Braddan Commissioners introduced a menopause strategy for their staff - so far the only local authority to do so.
Manx Radio's John Moss spoke with Mrs Caine and with Ramsey MHK and medical doctor, Alex Allinson:
'Power of veto' might help get difficult decisions through, says chief minister
Gas prices to remain unchanged for 2026
Ramsey Commissioners not adding 'optional' one percent increase to social housing rents
New gynaecology clinic room will 'significantly increase capacity'
