Manx resident fundraising for hospital that gave him second chance at life

Will preparing to take on the Great Wall of China

A Manx resident is hoping to raise as much money as possible for a hospital that has had an 'exponential impact on his life'.

In 2018 Will Blissett was flown to Alder Hey in Liverpool after a near fatal collision at the age of 14.

He spent four months undergoing surgery and rehabilitation.

"I am more determined than ever to raise as much money as I possibly can because of the service I received when Alder Hey saved my life when I was 14 years old." - Will Blissett

In September this year the Laxey man will take on the Great Wall of China and he's hoping to raise £5,000:
