Sends 'thoughts' to NHS workers in North West
Manx Care has sent its 'thoughts' to colleagues in Liverpool following a terrorist incident in the city yesterday.
A taxi exploded outside Liverpool Women's Hospital just before 11am.
The male passenger of the car died in the incident and a number of arrests have since been made under the Terrorism Act.
Taking to social media Manx Care says it wants to express its 'solidarity' with NHS colleagues – chief executive Teresa Cope says the 'whole team' is thinking of them at this 'difficult time'.
We would like to express our solidarity with our NHS colleagues at the Liverpool Women’s Hospital. Staff, patients and their families are very much in our thoughts today @LiverpoolWomens
