New body in charge of healthcare launches this week
The director of Manx Care has set out his priorities for what's been described as the 'gold standard' of healthcare systems.
The new body will be in charge of running the Island's health and social care services from Thursday.
DHSC services will continue to run as before for patients and the public but further changes are expected in the long-term.
Andrew Foster CBE says the Sir Jonathan Michael Report outlines three main themes:
'Power of veto' might help get difficult decisions through, says chief minister
Gas prices to remain unchanged for 2026
Ramsey Commissioners not adding 'optional' one percent increase to social housing rents
New gynaecology clinic room will 'significantly increase capacity'
