Baldrine site has been empty since 2017
The Liverpool Arms could become a pub once again.
It's been fully refurbished after being empty since 2017.
Stewart Clague Services (SCS), which bought the premises in Baldrine, has saved and restored all the original features.
The residential accommodation upstairs has been modernised and sound proofed from the ground floor commercial area below.
Expressions of interest have also been sought for a tenant for the area that was previously the pub.
It's said to now be level access and, subject to planning, would suit either a hospitality pub or café once more or a shop.
In July last year, previous owners Heron & Brearley said it would "never be a pub again" because of its location and lack of disabled access.
Plans had also been submitted to turn the building into four residential properties.
SCS says the redevelopment has been made possible because of an 'excellent partnering' with H&B which meant work could be fast-tracked and undertaken over the spring and summertime.
Both the upstairs accommodation and the commercial area downstairs can be made immediately available for potential tenants.
