Run in conjunction with Manx Radio's Dreamcatcher Appeal, the scheme gives members of the public a chance to put forward the name of someone who regularly goes above and beyond the call of duty for an award which recognises their selfless efforts.
They could be a relative, teacher, carer, neighbour or friend.
The closing date for entries is Tuesday 30th October.
Manx Radio's Ashley Tracey, who will present the awards at a ceremony next month, says those nominated would never stop to think they were doing anything out of the ordinary
