Land dispute spurred LegCo candidate to go for role

Fifteen people will be vying for one of four available seats

A candidate in the upcoming Legislative Council race says a land dispute gave him the skills needed to be able to unravel complicated legislation.

Mark Cleator says the experience was not a pleasant one, but it forced him to acquire the in-depth knowledge needed to fight his corner.
