Isle of Man inspires internationally recognised chef with new ways to cook

Two Swedish chefs travelled to collaborate with Island-based restaurant owner Pippa Lovell

An internationally recognised chef says the Island has inspired him to think of new ways to cook.

Jerome Calayag is a Swedish chef and the world title holder for San Pellegrino's Young Chef of the Year 2021.

Also in attendance was David Ljungqvist - also from Sweden.

They spent some time on the Island in collaboration with restaurant Versa's owner and Isle of Man based Pippa Lovell, who holds a spot in the top 100 most influential women in hospitality and a place in Forbes 30 under 30.
