Island will have 'bumper summer' says chief minister

But admits some work on attractions could have been timed better

The Isle of Man is set to have a ‘bumper summer’ in terms of tourism activity.

 

The chief minister says he’s confident visitors will be happy with the offering.

 

That’s despite criticism from some that the Island isn’t ready to welcome visitors and more investment is needed in heritage attractions.

 

Alfred Cannan admits that some work could have been timed better but says he doesn't think that will put people off:
