Dyslexia Advocacy Group has suggested fines be imposed on schools not offering the right support
Schools on the Isle of Man have been accused of not complying with the Equality Act when it comes to supporting those with dyslexia.
Members of the Dyslexia Advocacy Group have been giving evidence to a Tynwald Select Committee after bringing forward a Petition for Redress calling for better identification and provision for those with the condition.
The Island's Equality Act has been in place since 2018.
