Two Island businessmen at the centre of allegations against the Island’s Attorney General are due to give evidence today (Thursday).
Jonathan and Jamie Irving should be called to the stand this afternoon in the trial of 52 year-old Stephen Harding, the government's senior legal adviser.
Mr Harding is accused of committing perjury and acts against public justice.
He denies both charges.
The case relates to the winding up of local company Street Heritage – owned by the Irvings - which had run up an unpaid tax bill of more than £180,000.
Proceedings will resume at midday at Douglas courthouse.
