The chief minister says Sino-Manx relations are continuing to improve.
Allan Bell was speaking in the House of Keys this morning, following a question from West Douglas MHK Chris Thomas.
Mr Bell has recently returned to the Island from a trip to China.
He says building relationships there takes time, but progress is being made:
