Robertshaw amendment defeated
Plans for major investment in the Island's harbours have been approved by Tynwald this afternoon.
The Harbours Strategy, moved by Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer, includes initial proposals for an £80 million pound project for Douglas Harbour and work on other Island ports.
An amendment tabled by Mr Robertshaw to have the strategy received instead of approved failed.
