Geoffrey Boot's climate change comments provokes response
The leader of the Isle of Man Green party has questioned the competence of the Environment Minister in tackling the issue of climate change.
Following a UN report which called for 'immediate action', Geoffrey Boot says he has to balance competing priorities with the consequences of rising global temperatures.
The minister claims the Island is doing what it can to cut carbon emissions but admits there are financial limits.
