Over 3,000 use online service
Patients at the Island's GP surgeries can now manage their medical records themselves - using nothing more than a smartphone.
Over 3,000 residents have signed up to the online Patient Access service since it was launched last year.
Users can book appointments, order prescriptions and access information using a web browser, or the dedicated iPhone and Android apps.
The app can also be linked to personal fitness devices such as the FitBit - allowing you to easily share health data with your doctor.
You can sign up by visiting your practice with photographic ID.
