Proposals pass second reading in House of Keys
Manx people, who were convicted in the past for being gay, will be able to clear their records, under a new bill.
The Sexual Offences and Obscene Publications Bill is due to go to its clauses stage in the House of Keys in the next few weeks.
The Bill updates legislation from nearly 30 years ago.
During its second reading, the bill's mover, Dr Alex Allinson, the Ramsey MHK, says past convictions could be cleared under the measure:
