Acoustic recordings indicate presence
The recent discovery of traces of the lesser horseshoe bat in the Isle of Man has been followed by further confirmation of another species.
The Nathusias's pipistrelle is the latest to be uncovered here.
The lesser horseshoe was confirmed by the DNA of bat droppings found in the cellar of a house in the south of the Island.
