Tributes to John Quayle Garrett
A former leader of Ramsey Commissioners has died.
John Quayle Garrett served on the board for ten years, and served as chairman between 1978/79.
Tributes have been paid to a well-known figure from the local community.
The authority has sent thoughts to his family and friends.
