Ferry terminal plans 'pay homage to IOM'

£30m plans to go on display on Thursday (1 November)

The first images of the proposed new ferry terminal in Liverpool pay homage to the Isle of Man's identity, according to Ray Harmer.

Details of the plans have been released by the Department of Infrastructure, ahead of them going on display in Liverpool on Thursday.

The facility is set to cost £30 million and is scheduled to open towards the end of 2020, subject to Tynwald approval.

DoI Minister, Mr Harmer, says there are a number of references to the Island in the design:
