New laws would also impact how products are displayed in shops
Government wants to hear your views on proposals to ban the sale of vape and e-cigarettes to under 18s.
A public consultation into new laws to increase regulation of the devices opened this week.
The Vapour Products Bill would prohibit such items being sold to those under the age of 18, control how they're displayed in shops and regulate the standard of products being sold.
It would also allow the Office of Fair Trading to enforce these rules, with the support of the police and customs.
You have until 29 January to provide feedback on the proposals.
