Family's hope to install public piano in Sea Terminal

Instrument decorated in memory of young musician

The family of a bright musical talent are on a mission to see a public piano installed in Douglas in his memory.

Cody Atzori died suddenly two years ago, aged just 17.

Last year, his family released an album of his original music, entitled 'Whispicity'.

Now, with the help of charity SoundCheck Isle of Man, they're hoping to see a piano installed Sea Terminal, for locals and visitors alike to enjoy.

Cody's artist brother Teo has painted the instrument in vibrant colours.

He says it would have been a dream come true for his brother to see a public piano in the Island's capital:

You can hear more about Cody and his music in our special progamme, Whispicity.
