The first of its kind, in October 2012, brought together teachers, entrepeneurs and representatives from local firms large and small.
Delegates at the follow-up event on April 2 will hear about progress and developments made since then.
Manx-born blues star Davy Knowles will be the keynote speaker, and career experts will give an insight into what exactly employers are looking for.
