David Christian welcomes recent proposals
Douglas Council leader David Christian has welcomed new developments in the town but says there is much more to do.
The shopping areas have benefited from a facelift, building work has started on a Premier Inn Hotel and the three year redevelopment of the promenade is due to start in September.
David Christian believes there is much more that should be done but is delighted the prom work will soon start after years of consultations:-
