63-year-old charged with provoking behaviour
A Douglas man has appeared in court accused of being a ‘peeping Tom’.
Vincent Lynch, of Head Road, has been charged with the offence of provoking behaviour.
The 63-year-old was allegedly seen peering through his neighbour’s kitchen window on 8 September; the court was told he was watching the woman, who was wrapped in just a towel, after she'd got out of the shower.
Bail was granted until his next court appearance on 26 September.
