Survey follows criminal legal aid consultation last year
People's views on the Island's civil legal aid are being sought, as a public consultation has been launched.
Legal aid is currently available to a range of family and non-family matters.
This consultation follows another last September on criminal legal aid, which garnered more than 200 responses.
The consequent survey looks into civil legal aid, covering a variety of different family matters.
Those include divorce, child care proceedings and court orders to protect domestic abuse victims.
Non-family matters could include personal injury, property disputes and inquests.
The eight-week consultation will close on Monday, 13 April.
