Howard Quayle says 'tolerance will counter terror'
The chief minister Howard Quayle has paid tribute to people in New Zealand.
Forty-nine people have been killed and at least 20 wounded in shootings at two mosques in the city of Christchurch.
Mr Quayle tweeted this morning that his thoughts are with those people, following what he calls a 'sickening atrocity'.

He added, 'on behalf of the people of the Isle of Man', he extends his heartfelt condolences.
And he says 'tolerance will counter terror'.
