Health body says it hears 'frustration' of doctors and will continue to listen
There has to be a ‘radical restructure’ of leadership within Manx Care to try and combat the concerns of doctors working within the organisation.
The British Medical Association has told Manx Radio it wants to work with the health body to try and improve the situation.
Its ‘Culture of Care Barometer’ survey showed doctors are ‘frustrated, overworked and don’t feel listened to’.
