Fifty Manx residents with visual impairments and other disabilities were given the chance to get behind the wheel at the Jurby Race Track recently with expert instructors.
Charity Speed of Sight is run by Mike Newman BEM - a multi-world record holder and the 'fastest blind man on the planet'.
They teamed up with the British Irish Trading Alliance - who the charity say played a 'vital' role in making the event happen.
