More than £250k spent on shelved project
The Chief Minister has defended the decision to spend more than a quarter of a million pounds examining the potential formation of a TT World Series.
It was revealed this week that £276,000 had been spent on the project.
The idea has now been shelved.
But Allan Bell says work carried out by a London-based Sports Consultancy was needed to investigate the options.
