Storm Brendan: Island battered by 83mph winds

Gusts reaching 83mph recorded on Mountain Road yesterday

An amber weather warning remains in place across the Island today, in the aftermath of storms yesterday.

There were trees down, a number of roads closed, disruption to sailings and a bin wagon blown over at Governor's Hill.

But just how windy did it get?
