Manx Telecom apologises for inconvenience caused
Manx Telecom says work is underway to fixed issues affecting Manx.net users.
The telecoms provider says it's aware of an issue where emails aren't able to be sent or received, as well as an issue for those looking to register new accounts.
It's confirmed its vendor is looking into this as a priority, and has apologised for any inconvenience caused.
In a statement, Manx Telecom added: "We continue to work with our email vendor to get these resolved as quickly as possible. Our teams are in regular communication with the engineers at Atmail and are pushing for a solution. We will hopefully be able to update with more positive news as soon as possible."
