
The Association of Corporate Service Providers, in conjunction with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (Isle of Man) Limited, is hosting a seminar on Thursday October 25 sponsored by Barclays Wealth on the removal of hostile trustees.
The presentation will be delivered by Rupert Ticehurst, partner and head of Herbert Smith’s international trusts practice, London. Topics will include the formalities required for a valid retirement or removal, whether hostile removals and conflicts can be resisted, and issues concerning indemnities, costs and risk management.
The seminar will be at Upper Church Hall, Promenade Methodist Church, Loch Promenade, Douglas. Registration will be at 12noon for a 12.30pm prompt start and the seminar is expected to finish no later than 2pm.
