The flagship Okell's brand has been produced on-Island for over 150 years, and several varieties have won industry awards in 2016.
A new recruit would be responsible for development, marketing, and the physical brewing process for all of Okell's locally-brewed beverages.
A science degree and wide-ranging experience is also vital.
