Appointment signals new era in key role
Isle of Man Post Office has appointed a new customer services manager.
Mary Gaffney has previous managerial experience with British Airways, the Department of Economic Development and the Manx government's Cabinet Office.
Mrs Gaffney will be filling the shoes of Ken Christian following his retirement after more than 40 years with the company.
She says it's an exciting new challenge and she's delighted to be part of it.
