Staff on hand to answer customers' questions
Gas customers have a chance to speak directly to Manx Gas this week.
The company is holding a drop in service at Douglas Library on Thursday (12 November) from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
Staff say they are "there to answer any questions or queries customers may have relating to their gas bills."
It comes as negotiations with Isle of Man Government over a new deal for gas consumers haven't yet reached a conclusion.
