Okell's launches commemorative 'Lord of Mann' ale

It will be available today across pubs in the Island

Okell's Brewery will today launch 'Lord of Mann' a commemorative ale in honour of Her Majesty the Queen.

In a statement, Ollie Neale, the company's managing director says: “We wanted to commemorate the incredible life and long reign of Queen Elizabeth II, as a brewery with 170-year history on the Island it felt right to produce something to celebrate Her Majesty’s long service.

"It gives us great pride to be able to produce something that can sit proudly on the bar in pubs across the Island over the coming weekend to help celebrate the longest reigning monarch, and our Lord of Mann.”

The ale will be 4.5% abv. and it will be available in pubs across the Island in limited quantities.
