
Johnston Press, which owns Isle of Man Newspapers, says staff will have to wait an extra six months for a pay review.
In an email to staff, Johnston said workers would get an extra day’s holiday in recognition of their commitment and hard work.
The pay review should have taken place this month, but will now be done in January.
The news comes after Isle of Man newspapers laid off a number of staff and switched its printing operation to the UK earlier this year.
