
Accountancy and consultancy firm Moore Stephens Isle of Man has received reaccreditation of its Investors in People status.
It confirms the company’s commitment to its staff, highlighting the training culture within Moore Stephens.
Its last review was in 2006.
David Reid, assessor for Investors in People, said: ‘Moore Stephens Isle of Man stands out as a great model for other organisations in how to involve people in building success.
‘It was clear in our assessment that the Moore Stephens’ rigorous application of professional best practices within a friendly, positive working environment helps its staff to feel enthusiastic about their work.
‘This ethos provides a great example of how the Investors in People approach can be embraced effectively to guide continuous improvement.’
Moore Stephens Isle of Man currently employs 56 staff in Athol Street in Douglas.
