Anne Craine delivered the Gresham lecture, addressing an audience of around 400 financiers and businessmen on the subject of offshore financial centres.
Her talk was entitled 'Extinction or Evolution? The Future for Offshore Centres'.
She says there was some robust questioning from the audience, but believes the Isle of Man is still seen in a good light:
