A Manx-owned road haulier says it’s made an underlying pre-tax profit of £14.8 million in the year to February.
Eddie Stobart Logistics, owned by Manx-based Greenwhitestar Holding Company, says the figure is a significant fall on 2014’s £25.3 million.
In its annual report, the Stobart Group said its 49 per cent stake in Greenwhitestar’s underlying profit for the year was £6.4 million.
The Stobart Group added Greenwhitestar had what it called “a solid year with a small number of new business wins”.
