
A company says it wants to demolish two light industrial units and replace them with more modern buildings in Douglas.
Quiggin and Cubbon Ltd, on the Tromode Estate in Douglas, wants to pull down the workshop and storage buildings between Albany Lane and Berkeley Street lane.
The company says it plans to replace the buildings with light industrial units, office and storage space and car parking.
